About Us

Widows & Widowers Cardiff

​Widows & Widowers Cardiff is a dedicated social and support group serving individuals across Cardiff and the wider Southeast Wales region, including the Vale of Glamorgan, Newport, and Bridgend.

​We offer a welcoming, compassionate environment for men and women of all ages and backgrounds who have experienced the loss of a spouse or partner. Whether your loss is recent or occurred some time ago, our members share a deep, mutual understanding of the challenges involved in navigating life after bereavement.

​Re-entering social settings can feel daunting. We aim to ease that transition by organizing a varied schedule of regular activities, including:

• ​Lunch and evening dining

• ​Concerts and theatre trips

• ​Casual drinks and social gatherings

• ​Group holidays

​We are an English-speaking group, open to individuals from all walks of life.
